Cil ka exam kya hua sabhi k relation niklane lge cil me kisi k bhaiya toh kisi k chacha ya mama koi Na koi sb cil me hi hai aur bol toh aise rhe jaise interview toh puri unhi k haath me hai aur kuch log toh setting aise krwa rhe jaise bina setting k kuch hoga hi nhi. Dar lgta ye sab sun k

Guys, Hello All
At the end of the month, what matters a lot to an employee in a company is how much is he paid as salary. And let me tell you after the first year of srvice in cil 8n hand will be around 65k according to 7th pay commission which has not been implemented till now bcz the allowances are under revisions. And all the employees those who will be working in sites will get a handfull amount of cash. I understand the work environment is very hazardous and not suitable for a normal human being and not at all for people those are very much prone get respiratory illness.
But still those who are not gud at studies and are financially very week and need to support thier family. I suggest join if u get selected.
Now for those who think they hv weak health or could do much better in future in thier career and also gud at studies ...carry on...have a gud luck and may god shower u with success.

2012 me Mechanical ka 107 vacancy tha or interview ke liye 496 ko bulaya tha Or general me 156 ko bulaya Hai 58 vacancy k liye

those who are from mechanical and expecting interview call , please tell what is your strategy about interview.
those who don't know
there will be 85% weightage of stage 1
15 % weightage of interview
and a consolidated marks will be prepared for the final list
interview call will be in the ratio of 3:1 which means 3 candidates will be called for 1 seat for the interview.
those who are getting less than 155 marks please prepare for the interview exceptionally well as you have very less chance for the converting the call.
PS: stop fighting over those issues which is not in your hand
