Just now I contacted in 033-23244144 ( Recruitment Section ) and asked about the payment failures and application confirmation.
He said that " if amount was debited from your accounts then they will get report from SBI within 4 or 5 days, and the application will be accepted".
Is anybody experienced like this before in any application?
Ek ne bola ki uska 21 jan ka failed txn ka refund aa gya . Phir ek ne bola h ki ki 5 din baad form accept ho jayega . Aur agar refund aaya to dubara form ka date nikal jayega

Regarding the work experience part...
I have been in a single job since 2010.
There is no option to 'select' that its the current/ongoing job.
Hence, the end date is a must.
If I give the end date as 31st Jan (say), will it matter?
