I native rajasthan, to be more precise, khori, a very small village, only around 500 or less live there.( Actually my granda (91 years old) used to live there ). one morning suddenly he got sick , my tauji tried to call my uncle many times ( he lives in delhi ) but the call couldn't connect.( it is very rare that you get network in that village, very rare ). my papa lives in dausa, around 35 km from khori. that day was saturday , so he was there with my grandpa. actually whenever he got sick, all his children got to know about his sickness. I don't know what was so unfortunate about that day that the call could not connect. he stopped calling to my chacha thinking it is summer and he is very old and it happens ( he clearified himself to my chacha ) and glucose was given to him. but again, in the evening, he got high fever, started blood vomititng, untill we carried him to jaipur( as there was no good hospital ), it was late. Next day my chacha came to know about all this, he was the man that shattered most from inside because he could not see him last time.
The very nest day, i emailed to every single man of Modi' cabinet including Narendra Modi, about all what happened and requesting them to put a communication tower in that village as there was not a single tower.
After a month, i started receiving calls from almost all telecom companies, and now there is a tower ( i don't know the telecom operator ), not only that i received a conformation call about this and in last she said " Digital India se judney ke liye dhanyawaad ".
i am telling you this, this is a responsive government, i know it because i felt it, i saw it and i experienced it.
what else do you want from a government ?
yes it will some time, but hoga. agar tum sab mail karogey toh sayad jaldi ho jaye.
I can think of only 3 reasons for the purposely delayed result of CIL:
1) They are waiting for all other PSUs to fill up their vacancy through GATE, so candidates who are genuinely interested to join CIL appear for interview. (high probability)
2) Paper was easy, they are confused regarding the cut off. (low probability)
3) Back door entry. (Iski probability to India me hamesa highest hoti hai)
