only two groups are active MECHANICAL ONLY and ELECTRICAL ONLY but these goups are full of IMPOTENT members who simply seat and watch. EVEN if CIL exam cancells exm these people will not react. OPPOTRUNITY hai help others if they take initiative.

this is the recruitment cell number jo ki koi utha nhi rha.. I guess ab kuch bada step hi uthana padhega.. I dont know kya but this is limit.. Sab kuch thik rehta agar CIL vaale bs ye b bol de ke result iss date pe aajayega.. No communication from there side is causing the main problem.

All the cil applicants eagerly awaiting the results, tum sabhi cil k results se zada hope mat rakho. Although I have seen a lot of ruckus and rumours for more than a month lekin ye sab kuchh bhi instigate nhi karte. I am a b-tech graduate from IIT Kanpur and based on the conversation with DGM, HR of CIL (bcoz cil came for recruitment to our college this year) this is a high profile fraud done by this company. Unhone hi bataya k mostly seats k deal fix ho rhe h Jharkhand and West Bengal side around 10-15 lacs per seat and by the time results aayenge jo k unhone July last week bataya tab tak 60% seats bik chuki hongi and fake way me baki logon ke interview kara diya jayega. So all of you wake up and stop wasting time for CIL. Idhar hopes minimal h and kafi log ye accept bhi kar chuke hai. And trust me I wanted to share this weeks ago but I thought there are some indications from CIL towards results (jaisa ke aap log ne bhi dekha hi hoga login portal activate hone, site pe shortlist link aana etc.) I have no point of befooling anyone and I'm telling the truth. Just for self satisfaction you can carry on with your campaign mene bhi kiya but the truth is bitter, government organisation sabhi apne aap me corrupt h.

Tab theory seems to be valid ,if we corelate the 2 columns of test centres ( test centre 1, test centre 2 ) in application view form that few of us got, with the cil website source code(blue background) that has a pdf file named " list of test centres" .though this link has not been activated ,but it is there in source code.
