There appears to be some problem with CIL system . Everywhere they are showing Surname before the Firstname. I do not suppose there should be any issue in this as this is happening from everyone, judging from the shortlist details I see everyone's name in the reverse order. Any thoughts ?
do obc candidates have to fill both forms...given in the format.I have obc certificate of different format.

Finally CIL post good news , the weitage of interview about 5 %, so that the chances of partiallity in interview is negligible .. thanks to CIL.

10 marks main 5 mark qualifying hai interview ka weightage 50% h so dont panic
It is written clearly that Interview marks in 10(ten) means not in percentage...that means total marks 210...so interview is just formalities I think and many people who is working told...so guys who has 170+ in EE are surely selected...N guys around 157-165 less chances😥...but don't give up... fight till end. And who knows mass student marks may be be between 160-165..so for them even 10 marks interview will matter. All d best for interview and next procedures.
