Got some more info. In 2013 DA was 84%. So with 20600 basic for MT period our seniors are getting around 38-42k in hand Now in 2017 DA is 124%. Means around 30% increase. So we will get inhand salary as 40*1.3. Around 52k . After 3prc Basic will be 50k. But it is including DA so as such overall increase in salary will be around 20% so in hand will be 52*1.2 = 62-64k.

Since 3rd pay revision is effective from 1.1.2017 and so whenever GoI will implement it ( maybe in 2018 or 2019 ) , we will get that amount in arrear... Till then we will get the same salary as others are getting , nearly 40k in hand during training and 53K after 1 year .... Since GoI implemented 2nd pay revision in 26 Nov 2008 and it was effective from 1.1.2007, so from 1.1.2007 to 26.11.2008, the remaining amount was credited to the employees as arrear
