Got a reply from CIL. The format is ok. surname first then name.

Bhai logo ye cil me 2 paper honge 100-100 marks ke 1st non tech dusra tech........ya 100 marks ka 1 hi paper hoga..jisme 2 sections honge 3 hrs ka..
