Can some one explain me that how is it possible for CIL to put same cut off for all the stream considering two facts the first one is that they have made clear that they going to call in 1:3 and second one is that its also clear that the number of people who appeared for the exam varies across the Streams. I mean definately mechanical engineering people appeared in more numer as compared to that of finance. Can some one explain this
