Guys stop the rumours ...I don't think 4 th tab has anything to do with selection ...I'm able to download my application from link in 3rd tab itself ...no 4 th tab for me...

Guys, candidates who paid application fee might getting an extra tab for receipt, I guess. There might not be any special in 4th tab, I believe. Fee exempted candidates might see only three tabs. What do you say?
I called them just now..dey r playing the old record..they said they dont have any idea about result date..the list will be put in the site whenever it comes...
Called on this number -03371104281. Asked about the MT results. He said "aane waala hai".i said sir "First week mentioned tha notice me".He said yes tentatively first week mentioned tha".aane waala hai within a week kam chal raha hai".
MT Hr Cut off as per application view/tab theory 148-150gen.
I see that the number of users have increased for this group in the past few days from around 310 to currently 394. While it certainly looks good, but on some digging (got 3 days off) I found out a lot of the members here are part of other groups as well like Mechanical or Electrical or even Civil and posting the same stuff there too. Now I can understand if you are getting paid for communicating on Pagalguy but i hardly think that's the reason for people holding multiple ids, multiple groups and most importantly multiple agendas. So what I would request everyone is that there is no need to be present here if you are not from HR, have not given a CIL paper or have got better things to do. Results will be out sooner or later, interviews will happen (probably will take time) and finally people will be selected but some of us are going to be in CIL together, and the kind of shit people have put here on this and the other groups makes me sick at the thought of CIL as a work place.

My personal analysis about cut off for MT Hr CIL 145+ UR, OBC 135-140, SC/ST 130-135!!
