Kal din ki shuruat hopefully HR se hogi but ab main sure hu ki HR ka cutoff minimum 175/210 hi jayega at all cost isse neeche nahi jayega for general so just pray to god now and 210 wali theory valid lagti hain ab. Congratulations to all my dear friends who made it and those who didnt made the cut i would say that God has better plans for you in the future dont give hope. So guys we are the only branch left without result now. Lets hope we get our result today
So guys we are the last one left and since i have been observing result of all 15 branches till now it made me absolute sure that final merit gonna be out of 210 and hence i think its a well understood fact now that the WRITTEN gonna play a HUGE HUGE almost TOTAL role in your selection. Many time in past i said that Interview stage was nothing more then DOCUMENT VERIFICATION STAGE on same page months and months ago even before i gave my own interview and now it seems valid.
So higher the written marks you have higher are your chances to get selected. Rest things will get clear when we will see the result today. I just hope it comes ASAP. We can have our discussions here before the FINAL RESULT.
So excited about result and analysis i cant explain excitement in words. God knows when CIL people will show mercy on us. I pray that it doesnt come at midnight just like it happened yesterday because then i have to study all result pattern and PDF at midnight so raat toh gayi usme meri hahah!!! and all this analysis is so so beautyfuly addictive that i cant stop myself afterall result of CIL is one thing i waited for allmost an year. So if it comes at midnight then whole night i will be analyzing and drinking my johnny walker blue haha!!!
Baki groups par toh result ke baad khamoshi chai thi but yahan toh result se pehle hi sab shant hain. kya kehte ho dosto kab tak result aane ka chance lag raha hain. Mujhe toh aaj bhi late night result ke chance lag rahein hain
I dont know how people formed whatsapp and FB group of HR special because allthough i have never joined those group then also m more then 100% sure that IF SAME PEOPLE WOULD HAVE FORMED IT then nothing would have been achieved in those groups and i am also sure that no sort of discussions would have ever taken place there so eventually people come here on PG and PERSONAL MESSAGE ME about their problems. Why would any guy message a lone person on PG after joining a SO CALLED HR group tells a story in itself
Those people who proudly say that they have other important task would not have formed these groups in the first place because i dont know about you but atleast i dont do or participate in things which are less important to me anyways thats my way of thinking so m not saying all should think like this.
But for once in a while some people here should stop attacking others personally and should start a discussion that is relevant to CIL only because more then me or you CIL matters
