PGP at IIM Indore vs new PGP-Finance at IIM Kozhikode ? (Chartered Accountant - 3.5 years work-ex)
A Chartered Account who has worked in Big 4 auditing & due diligence and in a Government of India enterprise as an accounts officer, wanting to make a career in Finance.
The newly launched PGP-Finance at IIM Kozhikode is a one of a kind MBA Finance offering from a premium institute in India. There are points of selection for CAs and CFAs and work-ex. The curriculum seems to be really apt for somebody wanting to make a career in finance. Batch size: ~60. Check: PGP-Finance course structure. https://www.iimk.ac.in/academics/pgpfinance/coursedesign.php
Which should one choose ? Which will be better for overall education, placement and career growth?
Will the COVID situation affect this decision (new vs old course) ? Will the placements for IIMK PGP-Finance be not so good owing to this being the first batch and placements being seperate from normal PGP?

Hi everyone! I'm a 2020 gem Computer Science graduate. No work ex. My acads are 10cgpa/92%/78% in 10th/12th/grad respectively. I have been accepted for the programmes mentioned below. Considering i have an interest in marketing as well as in data science, what will be the best option for me?
A) general PGDM with analytics as electives
B) PGDM BDA with marketing electives
I would also like to know what kind of roles I’ll be eligible for after the course.
