for last two years ONGC interview cutoff was at score around 650 but this year at Score-676 I got 304 rank, are their any chances for interview call from ONGC at this rank?

Guys,In IIT madras brochure it is given that final semester result should be available by 23 july.. In my college every year department discloses final result during1st week of august.. so what to do in such situation? Will IITM give extension for such cases?
