I failed to login on early engagement portal on time .Is this reason of not getting DOJ?

Most of them here are complaining on not getting the joining date guys this is cognizant we were placed on december 2017 still 9 of us didn't get the joining date that too through campus placements and the reply which we got from the HR was an outstanding the as there is no business requirements we can't send the joining dates so an suggesstion from all the other people and me is try for another jobs and make cognizant as a second priority most of might be getting the joining date in April if you are lucky they have rule where all the candidates which is got into cognizant through various job drives including campus placements should get the joining date within 8 Months
