While completing the On boarding process, first I have created a Microsoft account and then directly 20 tasks appeared. But for all other people Background verification option came after creating the account and they uploaded all the documents. What do I do now?? Please help

Hi, I got offer letter from CTS on 16th December, I have created my 1C account and now I am asked to complete the the 20 task there. So my question is that whether it is necessary to complete all 20 task within 7 days or can we fill it untill we get DOJ?
I have received my offer letter at 18th dec and in onboard portal it is written that you to proceed completion of all the forms within 7 days upon after receiving this mail. But i dont have NATS id and pan card with me and due to tha I am not able able to proceed further, cause it says first complete your educational details first. and also i have not received any background verification mail after the registration process. what should I do.
I received my offer letter on 17 Dec 19 and the mail says that all the 20 forms should be completed within 7 days of recieving the mail. I'm a final year engineering student and final year students are not eligible to create NATS ID. But the site says it is mandatory. And also that I'm not able to enter the year "2020" in the UG details under "attended to" section
