sir i am a person with disability candidate with sub category of severe mental illness. in the application form there is a column of physical disability(others) .should i fill my form in that category as there is no specific my category written there.. or please tell what else should i do as at most of the places my sub category is specially wrotten but here the payen is different.. please reply soon.. thanks in advance

Is there any screenshot of how a form looks after paying the fees? My payment wrnt through SBI gateway but the gateway reported error(received sms of payment) When I reopened form, it is accepting payment again! Kindly assist.
