I think there might be some other phenomenon of getting cut off out of 100 rather than multipy by 2

Guys i wish even my enemy shudnt get this kind of situation , People have become so heartless and careless .Seriously its hurting badly , jus like a dumb ass waiting from yesterday night expecting to see our fate.This is really painful. Other ppl checkd their results and people are celebrating , some are sad and trying to move on.But look at us .God please shw some mercy on us.
