I think sectional cutoff will be almost same as previous year. But overall will be high cutoff.

guys this year interview will not conducts ,so ibps has made approx list of 35000-40000 students beacause many students join po,rrb po,sidbi ,rbi or many cat aspirants dont join banking so in this case ibps select few more students for filling these vacant seats .....so chances that students who get 120-125 also got seat beacause last year many states had a cutoff in range between 120-130 so this year also many students got score between 120-135.....good chance if u get 130. or even 125

1) According to an article published in economic times on 17th june, 2015 (http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2015-06-17/news/63540744_1_ibps-preliminary-exam-banking-personnel-selection) banks excluding SBI recruited 16,344 officers, 3,784 specialist officers and 30,683 clerks in state-run banks in 2015 and it is estimated that they will hire 20,000 officers and 30,000 clerks this year. So there can be slight decrease in the number of vacancies. However, statewise vacancies will remain approximately same as previous year.
2) In the official notification of IBPS Clerk-V, Indian Overseas Bank was mentioned in the list of banks involved in the recruitment process. So it has not been confirmed if IOB will recruit clerks this year or not. If someone has seen some official declaration then please share it.

4) As we all know that unlike previous year, pre exam was conducted this year which although acted as a filering mechanism for ibps yet not to a greater extent (please apply some common sense to find the reason for this). Consequently, there will be increase in the overall cutoff for all states. There can be increase in sectional cutoff too but by a small factor.
5) No one can predict exact cutoff. Neither any website nor anyone on PG. However, an approximate cutoff can be estimated. Just multiply the minimum marks accepted for selection from your state last year by 2 (out of 100). The cutoff for your state for this year will be nearly same to that value.
