As yesterday topic was Karnataka... To those who are fighting yesterday My attempts 160 With 10 wrong in gk I'm sure of getting 130+ Im from Karnataka F__k those all others state candidates who applied in different states just because of cut off is less... This shows Thier already a week aspirant.. I bet non of you people will get selected.. Cut off is less because of you people only because you only applies more here.. here only few people knows ibps.. Most of them will go for private jobs like IT field.. And From now whenever whenever I go bank if some one says I dnt no Kannada if he point to go different counter he will be facing serious issue.. I hope all my dear kannadigas also do the same

Yesterday, all frustrations were out. Its good, One or the
other day it had to be discussed.
If u analyze whats the reason behind all these states, local language issue is that we found "CHALTHA HAI" attitude of our people.
Let me put this way:
1) 10 months before I even didn't know what is IBPS ?.
In our Karnataka state, both grameen banks and PSBs r filled with non-locals.
How u know that they r non-kannada people ? do they look like foreigners? No
They don't talk kannada usually , they prefer hindi r english .
2) y do they do that?
Bcoz of chaltha hai attitude .this is in every state when u neglect locals by using hindi/English as they will understand.
3) It's the irresponsibility and the failure of duty of candidates to deal with customers in the local language turning to state, language dispute
4)30% of people will apply as other state people r getting then how can't I get
it. This triggers more people to apply

The SOLUTION to this :
1) After getting job, don't mock that state students, that we r getting urs job. And don't promote to ur state students that apply there chances of selection more
2) It's the irresponsibility and the failure of duty of candidates to deal with customers in the local language turning to state, language dispute. So preform duty well (to deal with local language being a clerk)
3) Change ur attitude to locals and try to deal daily with local language. Then who call u as non-state people.
4) Finally, its all about banks. Create happy satisfying customers(locals) .
Our result is already prepared... Only they have to upload it... It takes only fee minutes to upload....but every year final marks have been declared on 31 march or april.... This time final marks is our main exam... So our result will not come before month end...
