First provisional allottment is done on 1st april(only provisional) then DV is done through alloted bank after 1st april and in the last final joining with offer letter from bank... I think this is the procedure what do you think..??

guyz samj me nai aaara ...2012 le bank examz likru 2 intrview ek clerk ek po ka misss hua .....upar se ibps wala interview nikal deke .process tough kardia...no problem if i missed da clerk ..aage kaise prepare kare totally in confusion ....thinking is it possible for me 2 wait for another 6-7 monthz for nxt exam....guz...have rrb exam in hand any suggestionz
