Previously I have posted that the cut off may be similar to that of the RRB cut off... At that time I don't know the exact fact and I dooesn't replied anyone in the comments....
Here is the actual explanation for that.......
In RRBs the number of the vacancies are very much less than the PSBs for a particular states.. For RRB assistant a total of 25523 candidates are called for interview.. But the number of vacancies are almost 10,000 approximately... For an example.. In tamilnadu... the cut off for RRB assistant is 118.19... Number of vacancies is 300 approximately.... 50 candidates are assigned under Reserved list... But for this much vacancies they called an approximate of 1600 candidates for interview... On an average the number of candidates who appeared RRBs is less than that of PSBs clerk So the number of candidates appeared may in a ratio fo RRBs and PSBs lets take 1:2... But here another filtration process namely Preliminary Exam has been conducted.... So approximate of of 1:4 of the candidates are disqualified... Almost the ratio for RRBs assistant and PSBs clerk mains appeared candidates are in the ratio 2:3.. Hence according to a survey conducted among the students of certain top most coaching institutes such as mahendra, careerpower, TIME, etc... almost 13-15 centres.. average attempt of the students are around 135-145 with 90% accuracy.. So while taking into consideration the number of candidates attempted the exam and the number of questions attempted by them and the PSBs vacancies per state is higher than that of the number of students called for interview.. The level of difficulty is same in both the cases.. And also the avg number of questions attended by the candidates are also remains the same... Hence the cutt off doesn't varies and the number of reserved list candidates are also increased due the result similarity of the PSB POs... Since a candidate who got PO as well as clerk prefers PO instead of clerk... So no need of worrying of results for those who depend only on PSBs clerk.....

Expected cut off for maharashtra is 128-132. by our coachinh institute. they predicted po mains cut off 80 and it was 76. so it may be right
