Some medias have published that clerk vacancies this year is 20,000 at first... I don't know its exactly But one among Indian express/Times of india and another is Economic Times..... Same medias have again published that 30,000 and later on by increasing nowadays the same media is publishing 50,000 clerk vacancies this year.... so the vacancies are definitely high... very high... So the actual vacancies are till now not disclosed... the media publishing is what they get from certain higher officials from IBPS or certain Banks... So there may some true fact... All these are posted between March to december... Further till now no info.. Me too myself asked to an official whom I know personally... Thats why I am posting this here.... that larger vacancies this year... and another fact initial vacancies may be 30,000-40,000. But within the end of the fiscal year 2016-2017 another 30,000-40,000 vacancies are to be published this year... So just chill out guys.....

aj agar koi so called expert ye bol de ki use ye nahi pta ki result kb aa raha hai means 1st april ko aaraha hai ki nahi to pareshaan ho jate hai
ithink agar kl koi bi result ke bare mai comment nahi karega to pareshan ho jayege

I'm from karnataka. I know some neighbouring state candits have applied here. Suppose 1000 vacancies are there in Karnataka. They select 1100 candts. If 500 candidates are from other state selected. If 300 candys couldn't qualify in language test then only 800 seats will be filled. Does it mean 200 seats are loss to our state.?
last year out of 2919 posts in TN, only 2562 were filled, 357 posts
yet to be filled. reason? candidates who were selected for both PO as
well as clerk left the seats vacant... ????
