Paper was on 2nd jan. They could have released the result on march 1, if they wanted.
marks_obtained =( (minimum cutoff -20)*200)/80 ) hope so. e.g 73.36 means ((73.36-50)*200)/80 = 134 is minimum marks obtained..so minimum marks to qualify is not 2 * 73.36 or 146.72 but 134

CutOff is multiply of 2 only not by any logic. Last notification clearly says that this time 100% weightage to written marks instead of 80:20. So simply divide by 2
