In notification it is clearly stated tat any dispute regarding recruitment process have to be dealt in mumbai jurisdiction courts oly how can a case be filed in allahabad court? Is it possible to do like tat ? Can the writ petition can be rejected based on tis ground??

from my friends in allahabad came to know that two writ have already been dismissed on same case as their sectional cut off was not clear so they were not eligible to demand for interview and both were decided out of mumbai , we should not worry
