Guys, I want to ask a question related to IBPS Clerk Exam.
From where I should fill IBPS Clerk Online Application For. Being from Maharashtra, I know marathi, hindi and english properly. But I don't want be in Maharashtra for rest of my life. I belong to General category.
On reading https://www.eduncle.com/ibps-clerk-recruitment-exam I felt that I should fill application from Rajasthan or MP or UP.
Please suggest me guys.

Question. 1- is domicile certificate needed for cwe clerk? I've born and brought up in Delhi but I am planning to apply from U.P or sikkim, is that alright ?
Question.2- Do we need to have studied the local language in the matriculation exam ( in my case hindi from U.P and nepali from sikkim),I had studied Hindi in matriculation but nepali is my mother toungue, however I am fluent in both nepali and hindi..
