Ibps should send answer keys to mail id's of the candidates with questions after exams ...so that everyone knows where they have gone wrong and they would know their marks ....there is nothing wrong in doing like this coz already most websites publish question and answers after an hour of exams....doing like this they can maintain transparency .....normalization can be made through special notification for each session after exams are over ...so that a candidate knows each and every process of ibps ...
Without mentioning anything ...publishing marks after one week of results certainly raise question
Ibps must try to conduct exams in a single day ...conducting exams after a week of gap of previous exam and maintaining same level in both week is ridiculous
A person with perfect strategy before exams make huge difference than a person who is going to strategize in exam hall
