I've attempted 133 in clerk mains...with 90% accuracy obc category...is there any chance of selection...because there are only arnd 50 vacancies in my state uttarakhand. ...n the cutoff is very high every time in uttarakhand. ...always in top 3???

This year ibps exams set an strange situations where 52/200 which actually are 26% marks (which is not qualifying percentage in any exams ) buy U a PO Interview call. Those who got 90-100( of majority were of either engineering background or MBA ) were on considered genius ( still getting below 50%) and now with most of us expecting 80-85 are hopeful of clerk success. Ironically with scoring 40% marks we are expecting to crack a competition exam. Students are not to be blamed as they have given their best but the ibps want genius people for their 22k job.

my estimated cut off is 73-78...what ever be the cut off that would be close to this range.actual cut off may increase from this range but won't decrease that's for sure. so those who are expecting 80+ in the worst scenario are definitely IN. oliveboard has expected cut off to be 83(+5/-5). even i am not getting this marks but i got my marks of PO mains which was more or less of same difficulty level as compared with clerk mains. so with all experience i got this year i have estimated this cut off. sectional cut off for gen. could be : reasoning-6+ quant-8+ english- 7+ GA- 11+ computer- 9+.......for obc/sc/st categories U can further deduct 2.5 marks from these mentioned above.
