Dear Experts

I want your advice on an important issue

One of my friend has been selected in IBPS CWE VI. He has filled the "Yes" option in computer literacy on the basis of a commitmant from a famous coaching for Banking Exams about the availablity of " Basic Computer Knowledge" certificate as the coaching institute taught computers and took tests as well.

Now the institiute has declined the commitemnt and this friend of mine has no certificate or marksheet which mentions computer course. 

What are his options now( apart from a leagal case against the coaching)?
