Can any one tell me which one is better Allahabad bank clerk or Assistant grade 3 depot in FCI. plz suggest if some one have any idea.

AIBEA General Secretary, CH Venkatachalam said that the banks belong to people and represent the hard earned savings of the people and must remain so.
"It cannot be handed over to the profit greedy private sector. We demand withdrawal of these remarks by RBI Deputy Governor" and warned AIBEA would go on strike to oppose it.
"(By privatising nationalised banks) RBI cannot escape from its responsibility now and advocate privatisation. Let there be proper accountability for the bad loans", he said.

It is mentioned in the mail for DV from bank of baroda that "The Xerox copies of the certificates produced have to be duly attested" means whether it has to be self attested or to be attested by Gazette officer
Is there any such rule that a bank employee cannot keep a beard unless it's for religious reasons??
