A tank has two inlet pipes which can fill the empty tank in 12 hrs and 15 hrs working alone and one outlet which can empty the full tank in 8 hrs working alone. The inlet pipes are kept open for all the time but outlet pipe was opened after 2 hrs for one hour and then again closed for 2 hrs then once again opened for one hor. This pattern of outlet pipe continued till tank got completely filled. In how many hours the tank has been filled working on the given pattern ? Ans is 9hrs 10 min

At present the ratio of ages of A and B is 3:8 and ratio of ages of A and C is 1:4. 3 yrs ago sum of the ages of A,B,C is 83yrs. What is the present age of C
