2) All Service Agreements should be executed in Rs.100 stamp paper only
3) The Service Agreement can be executed from anyplace within India, not necessarily from his/her hometown.
4) Regarding obtaining surety, immediate blood reations cannot stand as sureties. Kindly note that both the Sureties should be solvent and their monthly income should be minimum Rs.50,000/-. Latest Salary slips of the sureties have to be submitted. If the Surety is a businessman, 3 years IT Return has to be submitted as proof of income.
All the candidates should take note of the above while submitting the documents.
