all MCA and UR candidates needs to be together now because humare result ke baki candidates ka dv iss week hai aur humara decision is still pending kindly get together and report to DOE to make a pressure so that they also proceed fast our dv and appointment. Agar chup rah kar dekhte rahe to hume hi bahar kar denge. Kindly Unite

FIRST: The court case under which the result of last 10 candidates were suppressed that is result notice no 200 is adjourned and hence the suppression will soon be revoked.
SECOND: As per EIV official the “Issue of MCA cases is pending”.Here is what is happening, the DSSSB from its end cleared stand over the matter stating the “Neelam Rana Court Case” and forwarded the Dossiers. But if it is the High Court order or CAT order the EIV would not put the things into pending.
Let’s look what is Neelam Rana Case to understand the situation in simpler words
“IF ANY CANDIDATE IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE POST OF PGT THAN HE/SHE CANNOT BE INELIGIBLE FOR THE POST OF TGT FOR THE SAME SUBJECT”
This case was cited in many case in similar situations and hardly anyone failed to win the case.
Back to the EIV, because here the candidates are forwarded from DSSSB not from any court it is mandate for the EIV to conduct meeting over this matter and it is first time for EIV they are facing this though EIII which take cases of TGT already seen this many times.
Though they ultimately have to take in the Graduation + MCA cases but to speed up the process everyone in this scenario can do this.
Go to https://rtionline.delhi.gov.in/ this website and file the rti in the following format make changes as required, this to be filed on directorate of Education and if there is sub option choose EIV or Establishment Branch EIV

All Graduation + MCA, the delay in Document Verification letter is because E-IV has not any authority to approve those cases who were selected not as per RR. They sent file to DDE(Act) and ADE(Admin). Once they will sign the file for MCA cases the EIV will issue the DV letters to the remaining candidates. Because for special cases RR are not changed but they are allowed because by executing special powers alloted to DDE(Act) and ADE(Admin) it doesn't matter how the candidates are approved whether by Court Case or by Legal team of recruitement agency in this case DSSSB.
