Maine btech private college se ki hai affiliated to govt. University (UPTU). As per notification of dsssb , mujhe to affiliation letter upload nhi krna chahiye.. lekin kai log post kr rhe ki karna . So, what to do? Agar krna hai to kaha se milega. Kindly guide

Yadi kisi candidate ka caste certificate invalid he to wo phir UR me consider hoga aur phir UR ki cutoff bad jaegi?
OBC new 80 cadidates are shortlisted and 26 UR.. Whats the criteria for shortlisting them ? Any Idea? Anyone got the shortlisted message after this notification.
