A Candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC who is selected on the same standard as applied to general category candidates and who appears in the general merit list is treated as own merit candidate. Such candidate is adjusted against unreserved point of the reservation roster. Only such SC/ST/OBC candidates who are selected on the same standard as applied to general candidates shall not be adjusted against reserved vacancies. In other words, when a relaxed standard is applied in selecting an SC/ST/OBC candidate, for example in the age limit, experience, qualification, permitted number of chances in written examination, extended zone of consideration larger than what is provided for general category candidates, etc., the SC/ST/OBC candidates are to be counted against reserved vacancies. Such candidates would be deemed to be unavailable for consideration against unreserved vacancies.

You are not allowed to take tuition. But some teachers takes tuition for extra income but it is strictly prohibited.

DSSSB declared final list for MATH TGT on 16/8/17. Result was declared on 10/3/17. Only 5 students are selected. More than 5 months. (checked on website) Although it was not mentioned when e dossier was opened for that.
TGT CS has more than 2000 seats. How much time they take for final list..... only God knows.....

Probation period kitna he TGT me.
First of all you all must know that, This job is under Delhi Government NOT Central Government.
1. Accommodation: Delhi Government has the few staff quarters and most of them are already occupied. I havn’t seen any government school teacher getting any of the available staff quarters. So if you don’t have your own home in delhi then you need to get the rented house. Rent varies depending upon area. If you are planning to shift with your family, you require a good location. It will cost you around 12,000 Per month to 30,000 per month.
2. Working hour/Job Pressure/ Status: Working hours are 7:30 to 1:30 (if you got morning shift) and 12:30 to 6:00 (evening shift). You will be in school for about 6 hours. There will be around 10 periods or 30 mins each. You will be getting about 5-6 regular periods and 1-2 substitute periods. Out of the 6 hour job there will be around 1-2 hour free where you can do your notebook checking / paper checking or any other work allotted to you. Work pressure moderate. You will get Extra money from exam duties, election duties (Of course extra work, and you can’t refuse). Teacher is a respected job. Everyone in the society will respect you. But when it comes to money teachers in India are not paid as much as in other counties. In some counties no other profession can have higher salary than a teacher’s But not in India and unfortunately you cracked DSSSB (not some other county’s teacher recruitment test) So you will get respect for sure as you are a teacher but money will be normal as per governments policies.
3. Growth: From TGT next promotion is PGT. for the promotion of PGT you must have 2 years of qualifying service. about 70-80% of the selected candidates will get promotion to the post of PGT in 2.5-3.5 years of service. But don’t think your salary would be increased. It would be almost same. As per the new pay matrix salary of 4600 grade pay new recruit after 3 increments will be same as of the new recruit at 4800 grade pay. So salary would be almost same. But still you will be PGT. After PGT, vice prici then princi, then you will be in management level (Now let’s stop dreaming , most of the candidates will be retired at vice princi or princi. There is a direct recruitment for the post of princi by KVS, NVS even by DSSSB for this you need to have qualifying service of about 10 years at PGT Level (If you crack this exam after 10years of your PGT Service you can think of a very powerful post in about last 7-8 years of your life.
4. Life Style in Delhi: Delhi is Delhi yaar. Malls, night life, big cars, big houses, Fashion everyone dreams about all these. But you can’t have all these with TGT Computer Science.
5. Tuition: You are not allowed to take tuition. But some teachers takes tuition for extra income but it is strictly prohibited.
In Addition to
1. LTC Home Town: every year for first 8 years and once in two years after completing 8 years of service. IF your hometown is delhi you can’t claim LTC Home town. But you can convert 2 – LTC Home town to 1 – LTC Anywhere India.
2. LTC Anywhere India: Once in 4 years (Only Travel Tickets can be reimburse) Sikkim, Srinagar and Andaman (Flight tickets) and Other place in India (2nd AC ticket fare including Rajdhani)
3. Children Education Allowance: 27,000 per child per session (only for two children)
4. You can claim Leave Encashment against LTC (hometown or anywhere india), you will be given 10 days basic salary. Only 6 times in whole service.
