Do early summoned candidates have a better chance than the later ones?
A question for all respected aspirants here.If a comp sc or electronics btech chooses to give upsc ese exam in civil engg instead of electronics stream,will that be considered a disadvantage or negative in the interview phase?I mean will this switch over to a different stream be treated negatively,by the interview panel,in the case such a candidate clears upsc ese ?also for such a beginner to civil engg,how helpful would IES Master materials be?(these are questions being asked by one of my friends ,who has btech in comp sc)
