Since selection for mains is 1:10 nearly 2500 unreserved category candidates will be selected for mains right? Or am I missing something here?

people saying tragets as if life insurance bechna padega aisa to nahi hoga to kin kin targets ki baat ki ja rahi hai ye cz as far as i know there is nothing like targets in this job yes fieldwork ho sakta hai pr target ye samajh k pare hai

Is ESIC SSO better than NIACL AO? And do anyone have idea regarding promotions after becoming sso? Also do we get posting in our home state or anywhere in the country?

Can anyone pls confirm whether Public sector Bank employees are eligible for age relaxation in the ESIC SSO Exam under the “ESIC employees/Govt servant who have worked 3 years” criteria?
