Preference related to qualification and desirable experience comes in the light during phase 3 round only where available candidates present in the ratio of 1:5 where they deliberately disqualify candidates even with good computer related tests with respect to experienced candidates.If you jave scored more than experienced candidate in phase 2 but there are more candidates available with experience in phase 3 than certainly they will be selected.

Guys, wherther you are overage or not, at least help overage candidates in asking DoPT and PMO to force ESIC to make amendment in age as for post 4600; age limit should be at least 30. It will help set rules for all future exams. which will help you in future too.

Send email to ESIC director, recruitment director, PMO and DoPT requesting change in AGE LIMIT to 30 so mention in the content of the email that a copy of same has been send to PMO and DoPT so they take our request seriously.
