To be honest, the environment here gives a feeling that people scoring below 145 or 140 are virtually out of final selection(including me scoring around 140 at best case) even if selected for Phase 3....so I guess its time to Move On and not get consumed by just this exam.
ESIC mains cutoff (for phase 3) UR 127.43 Obc 125.62 Sc 117.32 ST 110.20
For final selection will score of prelims also taken into merit or prelims is just a qualifying exam.

After analysis In the groups and responses by many.... I came to a conclusion that final cutoff for selection under obc would be @ max 140..... Means who ever get 140+ in OBC are 80% sure of their selection..
People around 135 too can hopefully wait…
