I dont know that how many of you have gone through todays newspaper . Now only such candidates would be eligible for reservation who is having khatiyaan .all the ongoing appointments would be either cancelled or postponed.and there will be 100%reservation for locals for gp C and group D for a term of 10 years
The decision of implementing the niyojan niti in group C and D post vests with the Govt of Jharkhand. In 2001 a similar order was passed by the Jharkhand govt which was quashed by the Hon High Court of Jharkhand. So just wait and watch. The Govt first needs to amend its laws
Don't worry we all be considered as general,who is real jharkhandi will get the benefit of reservation..good step by jharkhand governments for real jharkhandi people
If any jharkhand resident is not having khatiyan at present but forefathers name is their then they need not worry
To clarify again, no decision has been taken by the government . Recommendations has been given to the govt. The ball is in the court of Jharkhand govt.
I want to ask if any body know that those not having their names in 1932 khatiyan would be considered as local or of other states.what would happen of those who have been living for past 50 years but not having any land or property. If any body know please respond
