Iocl interview: HR today told us that the gate weightage would be 85 % , however at the same time he warned that this does not mean selection for the job. A general candidate must at least secure 45 % marks in GD, GT and Interview separately. Then only they will be considered for empanelment. Regarding no. of seats he said they have a criteria and any no. of student who satisfy those critertia will be offered the job.
I got offer letter from IISc, but my specialization is mentioned nowhere! It just shows selected in Civil Engineering.
