On 31st jan afternoon ECE paper a question given on CMOS with A as VCC and B as input to nMOS i given answer as AND is that correct?

this GATE paper ruined me. Socha tha M tech karunga from IIT or NIT. But this IISc .. Ab toh lag rha hai pehle bank mein koi job nikalu than go for ESE exam. next year pattern also changed
