upto what rank psus wl consider this year? I dont think rank after 100 will be called, as the no of vacancy this year in ece is less than last and previous years. What u guys say abt it?

Set1 - Ace key - Q39 where excess concentration at t=0 and t=3 micro sec has been asked ain't right. They've calculated electron concentration instead of hole concentration which was asked. Don't you guys think so?

Q38 is wrong they got 0.35nm  instead of 1.6 nm

Q39 , Diode D1 in breakdown is their but all other keys including made easy suggest , option D (none in breakdown is crct)

Q44.  Maximum delay is 6ns but they blindly calculated it as 7ns which is not possible because of NOT gate.

Q35 The FFT problem is also wrong the answer should be 4096 instead of 4 or 8.

Q55. The potential profile both ace and madeeasy marked it as option C , but many say that if potential is discontinuous, electric field should be infinite which ofcourse is not possible. (this one is still a mystery)
