friends, i got offer letter from IIT H......they have asked for rs. 15000 for seat acceptance before june 07,2016...........i also got selected for railway sse(waiting for medicals)............so, if i accept admission for m.tech, how much money will i be refunded or get no money back at all ???               plz comment

I think this year cutoff for every course in each iit is substantially higher than previous year. This is just because the psus have not started interview process. Isn't it?
