What is the travel reambuishment rule for IOCL interview...I mean is it necessary dat u have to start journey from nearest railway station only??

I am a little confused about joining Made Easy or Ace Hyderabad.
What is last rank allotted to ocean in IIT madras (3rd allotment 2016)?
IOCL travel reimbursement rules -
1. If you travel by 2AC, 1AC or flight, you will be reimbursed amount equal to 2AC fare only.
2. If you travel by 3AC or Sleeper, you will be reimbursed the same amount.
3. It doesn't matter from which location you are traveling to the interview center. You will be reimbursed according to your home address only.
4. Tatkal tickets are also reimbursed.
5. If you don't have the ticket for return journey, you can just say there that you still haven't booked the return ticket and they will reimburse double the amount of your arrival ticket.

Regarding Travel Reimbursement Rules for IOCL interview
1) What if the person doesn't start his journey from the nearest station ? For Ex. If someone's nearest station is banglore & someone starts journey from Bhopal (assuming that he is going towards Delhi), then how the reimbursement will take place? Will fare from Banglore to Delhi be reimbursed or Bhopal to Delhi?
2) I haven't booked return tickets yet & I have to book tatkal tickets probably. Will IOCL refund the return ticket without Proof?
Please respond with a proof or previous experience. Thanks in advance
