Friends I have a question regarding sc certificate. I know from my father that we belong to sc category. But during floods of 1968 in north bengal my grandfather's certificate got lost. That is why my father also doesn't have a certificate at present. But I want to become a sc now. Is it possible legally?? Pls answer it's urgent
