wat is the basis on which ppl are deducting marks for the sake of normalisation......... dat defies all logics......evn if marks get deducted the ppl who are just at d edge of qualifying the paper are d ones who get affected....so stop making lame assumptions and deducting 3 to 5 marks for estimating somebdys' rank....
