But, the irony is that many PSU's like HPCL, BPCL, ONGC won't hire you simply because your degree isn't mechanical.
what more can one do to prove that they are on same page with the mechanical students.
With this year topper from Prod. & Ind., will these PSU's mull over the qualification criteria and possibly amend the criteria on the ground that P & I student no less than mechanical. (like BHEL and NTPC)
