Query in IITD application.

I am from maharashtra and in our ssc certificate name is written surname first. In IITD registration, name is asked in format (First name-middle name-last name).

name in ssc certificate: Petare Sandesh Bapusaheb 

name I entered: Sandesh Bapusaheb Petare

What should i do?Should i register again with name as per ssc certificate? I have not paid the fees
