People saying IIT NIT cutoffs will be low due to JTO effect. I dont understand how. IITs are almost releasing shortlist around end of april and will be over with interviews by May. Now bsnl will release shortlist by may-june. By that time ppl are done with IITs (although they may not join coz they bcm JTO ), but plz tell me isse IIT cutoffs p kya antar padega, unka process to ho chuka na ?
