Bsnl JTO must prefer ECE only since it came after long 8 year ....other branches already has so many PSU to feed in....even CIL this year and all state electricity sector only for mech and electrical......PLease guy make high pitch for justice ....Talk to bsnl authorities and unions if u can ...
