What say about SSD question .. simply formula based but why GATE has been given to answer C.

Can we do anything about the questions 38 and 51 in civil set 2? I can't digest the fact that IIT is giving marks for wrong answers.

Bhai mai 2014 ka pass out hu...ish bar bhi gate me kuch khash nhi ho paya only 51 marks as general candidate. .....hmare paas koi work experience nhi hai.....ab hme kya krna chahiye plse help me friends. ..and give me genuine suggestion. I am highly frustrated and depressed.
